I 485 approved and few questions

My I485 was approved on April 17 2003.

ND Dec 11 2001

My wife applied with me and she hasn't been approved yet.
I have 2 questions.
1. How long will it take to get approval notice? I checked the AVM and online both says approved but I have not yet received the approval notice.
2. Can I go ahead and get stamped even if my wife didnt get approved?

What I have seen on this forum, it takes 2 to 4 weeks for the approval notice to arrive.

You can get stamped individually if you want to, again I am saying this by my experience on this forum.
