I-485 approved 2nd EADs were filed,will BCIS return the filing fee?

I got my approval for me & my familyAugust 29th,my EAD expired last August 26th I have filed for 2nd EAD last June 20th, will BCIS reimburse me the filing fee for me & my wife ? Some of you might say it's just a couple of hundreds, however i guess it is time for me to get cry for more justice, at least i can use the money to buy more drinks for you guys! Cheers! hik!

No. They will claim the fee for their effort to look into the application and deny it, since your I-485 is approved.

No drinks for us... sigh!

If BCIS hasn't cashed your check yet (which I doubt), put a stop payment on it through your bank.

Oh, and if you get deported for doing this, ooops!
