:) MY AND MY WIFE I 485 APPROVED MY WIFE IS FROM UGANDA EAST AFRICA AND I AM FROM INDIA THIS MORNING WHEN I CHECK MY EMAIL I GOT THIS EMAIL PLZ EXPLAIN ME WHY IT SAYS ON WIFES EMAIL THAT THEY SEND NEW CARD LET ME JUST CUT AND COPY BOTH EMAIL SO PLZ TELL ME HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE BEFORE I RECIVE MY GREEN CARD

Calm down, man. It's all good. First you get this message about card, then there is another message, about "Welcome notice has been sent...". And Finally, the message says the "application is approved". (that was at least in my case)
You went through 2 messages pretty fast, or just skipped them. You wife soon will get the message, that application is approved.
Wait for the cards!
