I-485 approval

Hi folks,
I got 2 emails as stated below from USCIS about the status of my I-485,
I was wondering do i need to do any thing before or after I get the
permanent resident card?
I heard previously such as visit to police station or taking Info pass appointment etc etc. )

what is ADIT processing ??
I'll appreciate any insight what i need to do at this point wrt to GC ordeal.

I received the same message. ADIT is a stamping of I-551 for people those who want to leave the country and cannot wait till the physical card. You will get the card in next 5 days

Congragulations!. Its just a standard message, dont worry about that. Within a week you will get 'card mailed' email.

recieved my approval notice today too...pretty much the same message as everyones.Posted this so everyone can hope that their approval is round the corner.My priority date was aug 2003 and my case was transferred from VSC to TSC in March 2007 Had my second FP done in May..so i wish everyone luck

Today i.e. on 9/3/7, I have received 8/31/7 dated approval notice emails (for me and my wife) with the following messages. You may please look at my signature too. I have been receiving just emails since last week and nothing in the US mail so far.

Kids may take some time, but you will get it in couple of weeks, see my signature.

Did you make any inquiry by calling on the phone or approval notice for your kids came on it's own!

You don't need to do anything unless you haven't received your card in 30 days, or need to travel abroad before the GC arrives.

However, you may want to take a trip to the Social Security Office and update your SSN card to remove the work authorization wording. Your number remains the same.

Strange mail along with the GC cards

Yesterday, we received the GC cards for my self and my wife but we also received another set of 2 letters along with them. Since the other 2 envelops had some unknown name on it, we did not open and just returned the mail by marking 'wrong address'.
We are still waiting for the approval of our kid's GCs. I am guessing that USCIS has approved or processed some other application in place of our kids. Can you please share your ideas on it!
