Hi,I had applied for I 140 & 485 together last year. I got my EAD, Advance parole, Biometrics and labor approval also last year (within 2 months). The EAD and 485 were expiring in April 2006 so 1 month before expiry I applied for extension of EAD and Advance parole. I got my renewed EADin May . At this time USCIS is processing documents Filed as of June 25. My receipt date is march 30th . Is anyone in a similar situation? My attorney has sent a letter asking them of the staus last week. when I check the status Online, It says that my documents are under process and once a decision is made they will let me know etc etc. I heard some guys whose receipt date is Dec 2004 got their 485 approval only last week. Could someone in the same situation but finally got their 485 approval shed some light on what maybe going on!!
