My wife and kids are going to visit India ( home country ) sometime in Jun 2006 and returning back Aug 2006 using advance parole. I have already booked the tickets. Will there be any problem to enter into USA if their I-485 is approved while they are in India. If so, what is that I need to do to get them back to USA. I do not know my case will be approved or not, just to take some precautionary measure. Ae per visa bulletin for Apr 2006, visa numbers are available for those who filed on or before Jul 2002 for EB2. My Priority date is May 2003. Please replay in detail. Thanks.
