Received the I 485 approval on July 01.

PD: 20Jan2000; 485 ND: 05Apr2001; FP: 05Apr2002; Approval Date: 07/01/2002.

Please update my details in the tracker. For some reason I am unable to update my info:

PD: Jan 11, 2000
RD: May 9, 2002
ND: July 27, 2001
FP: April 20, 2002
AD: June 21, 2002

I got the notices from my lawyer on July 8th!!! I was on vacation and has not checked the status for some time.

Congratulations!

Oh, my goodness! TSC is still alive. My RD 1/2002, FP 3/2002. AD?? I passed 180 waiting days after RD. I wonder if there is any risk to change my job if my employer is not going bankcrupt and I am not laid off. There is no hope for our 2002 filers to get any approval this year. I hope I will not have to do my FP again. All of us at TSC are out of luck at this point.

First of all, congrats to your good news!!!

Can also you please tell us your location? It's been a long time that we haven't seen May '01 filers got finger print and I am still waiting on mine...

I485 Approval

Hi,
I did not receive any communication from TSC after FP. One fine day the approval notice showed up in the mail box. I did not have any interview when I went to get the stamping in Dallas office.
