I just ckeck AVM a few minutes ago and hear the magic word....
following is Details:
 
PD 11/1999
RD 05/08/2001
ND unknown
FP 11/24/2001
FP result received and case resumed at 12/28/01
AP 03/26/02. AVM changed to approved for my case.
No REF
EB2 VSC

I visit this site everyday and have been surfed on GC waiting for long time. It is really a great web site. It is my pleasure to know everyone here and believe you will get all you want finially.

By the way, I am now traveling outside of the stats. Will it case any problem when I re-entry US by using Advance Parole?

Speak to your attorney. Once the case is approved you should not travel as far as I know.

Once you get approved

YOu can\'t leave this country for 30 Years. Only requirements is get your passport stamp. Enjoy freedom. I belive that INS says, you required Mr.bush signature on the advance parol document.

Congratulations! Do you mean that should not travel untill Passport Stamped?

 
 
If you are approved while out of the country you will be

admitted for deffered inspection; means you have to go INS to get pp stamped
