I-485 Approval Notice Lost

Well .. the story has not yet ended. I changed address, and also did my attorney. And for some reason, the address is still not updated at INS. So I never got my courtesy copy. Just got my original from attorney. It a month now, we are still waiting for my wife\'s approval notice.

Anyone with lost approval notice experience?
