I am still far away from getting my 485 approval. But I still would like to get some info for if/when the approval comes.
I have filed as the primary applicant and my husband has filed along with me.
I would like to know what documents are required as proof of marriage at the interview. Is the marriage certificate enough or do you need bank statements, tax filing papers, etc? Can someone tell me specifically what you need for this purpose? Also what other documents do you need so I can be sure I have them when and if we need them?
