ONE MILLION DOLLARS Bet

I-485 Approval Decisions will not come before July 2003.

I will post some more interesting facts & news after Christmas.

Hey Greaty-K ->

Better Change rupnet to track EAD new/renewal Approvals for sometime till July 2003. Atleast we will see something in "Today's Approval" instead of just seeing blank screen.

I say Jan-Feb 2003

I Could use the millions, billions and trillions that you all offer.
;)
Hang in there. Make sure that you have work and a regular paycheck rolling in and things would tide over.
Good Luck.

Be happy 8yearsus

that you did not invest in a house and have a tough time paying mortgage.
I know many a folks who had to end up selling their homes at a throw away price and lost big bucks because they could not afford paying the monthly payments (not that stock market was any better).
My take on this would be that investment in real estate in home country would fetch better returns.

had a chance of paying off the house instead i bought tech stocks with margin ??

(the end result is 50 % gain vs 75 % loss and still holding them)

Anyway still young to recover

i hope the US economy recovers 2003, i think everything is tied to this...

cud be true

this may not be exaggerated , i read an article today in Daily news , a Newyork Daily. This is what Margie McHugh, executive director of the immigrant advocacy organization says " Our report , unfortunately shows that things are about to get worse - much much worse"

"we think we're on the verge of seeing hundreds of thoussands - if not millions - of applications in backlogs that could take years for the INS to get through"

hmmm.... sound pretty ominous.
