I-485 approval at TSC

Folks,

Here are the details of my application. All the following details also apply for my wife.

I140:

Centre: TSC
RD: 10/13/99
PD: 10/09/99
ND: 11/17/99
AD: 11/17/99
Category: EB1
Country: India

First EAD:

SRC: 00-082-XXXXX
RD: 01/20/00
ND: 01/26/00
AD: 02/29/00

Second EAD:

RD: 01/11/01
ND: 01/18/01
AD: 02/20/01 (With the kind help of our local congressman)

FP:

At Raliegh in Mid-July 2000

I-485:

RD: 01/26/00
ND: 03/15/01
AD: 03/15/01

My lawyer called me on 03/19/01 to pass on the good news. I also received the approval notice (duplicate copy) on 03/19/01. Will be going to charlotte within a week or so to get the PP stamped.

Is that 485 ND correct? 3/15/00 or 2/15/00? That much RD and ND difference is unusual

The ND is for 485 approval while the RD is for 485 receipt. ND for 485 receipt is within a week or or two within the RD. Hope this helps.
