I-485 approval after fingerprints

We gave our fingerprints in Jan(2003). I-485 receipt date is in Nov. 2002. What is the next step? Approximately how long does it take now to get the GC?
 
We did our finger prints in May 2002. still waiting for approval ...
currently NSC is working on aug-sept 2001 cases...
