I am working on H1B with company A from 2007 and my pervious employer (Company B) applied my Labor and Labor got approved while I was working with them. In August 07 Company B applied for my I-140 and I-485.I got EAD. My present employer (A) also applied my labor and I-140, which also got approved. However I received RFE on company B I-140, My question is can I transfer my I-485 application to my Present employer before my I-140 application with Company B get denied and work on EAD.
