I-485 Application Question? Please Advise.

About to file the I-485. Still waiting for documents needed for my wife and kids. Can I apply my I-485 first and then apply for my wife and kids one or two weeks later? Is there any implication on doing this?

You could definitely do that. The only implication I can think of is that the cases might not be approved together ie. the receipt notices, EAD\'s AP\'s FP\'s etc will be different for you and your family. Other than that, nothing else. Infact you should probably go ahead since their approvals are based on your.
