My PD is Sept 2002, EB2 and as per May Visa bulletin, my case is current. I made every effort to submit my application on 1st May. But my lawyer got the application packet back with a message from USCIS which is as follows:
"Since the visa numbers are not available for your PD, we are returning..... blah blah blah..."
Last week, My lawyer again submitted the packet along with my approved I 140, which clearly states my PD as Sept 2002. But I have not heard anything from him after that. Is my case just a mistaken case of PD, which it is according to my lawyer, or is it a serious issue, something like the visa numbers are exhausted?? I am worried, this has been a long and ardous journey.
