Hey, guys
I am about to file My I-485 and just got a traffic ticket for driving with expired drive license
. do you think it will affect on my GC process? and Do i have to disclose this on the question on I-485 by saying "yes" on the question starting with " have you ever arrested,... excluding traffic violation".
It says " excluding traffic violation". I'm not sure what should I do with this.
please advise me with this matter.
