Hi everyone - I am about to submit my I485, I have worked for my employer for a year, they sponsored me for PR I am on a work permit as an E2 spouse I don't have an H visa or anything like that. I am expected to enclose a job offer letter saying the job is still open to me me even if I already work for the company? I haev worked for them since March 06 except for 3 months between status's and work permits. Or should I just ask my employer to write an offer letter anyway?
