I-485 and Status Question

Hello folks,

Here is my question. I've retained my H1 and wife is on H4. Wife's I-485 is included with mine. If my I-485 gets approved before my wife's will she be
out of status ???

I never thought about this..It just occured to me now.
Wife's EAD and AP is filed couple of months back is not yet approved.
Her I-94 is valid till Jan 05.

I think she will be on AOS, not out of status.;)


If she use her EAD or AP, she will be on AOS too. ;) :D
