Is it necessary to obtain the Birth Certificate as wella s a Police Clearance certificate (Wu fan zui) from China after I have been in the States for 5 years ? How did you obtain the certificate? It sounds kind of complicated since my "Hu Kou" in China has been cancelled ? How did you do it ?
