I-485 and mulitple job changes

Do we need to file AC21 each time we change job while on I-485 is pending by proided it is after 180 days.
Any input is greatly appreciated.

it is better to notify with proper documents about your change of employers to avoid future rfe or complications.

there is no law that states you have to use ac21 for change of employer for N number of times only. but remember that green card is for future permanent job. if you show that you changed 10 employers using ac21 that will show that you dont have the intend to work for one employer for a long time or as permanent which contradicts the purpose of green card technically. eventhough you can still appeal this with good attorney and proper documentation it is better to play it safe.
