My employer's legal department is processing my EB-2 GC application.
The lawyer had mentioned a job title in approved PERM LC that does not coincide with my current title although job duties and responsibilities remain unchanged.
What are the implication of going ahead and filing I-485 especially when the priority date for India EB-2 is current and any further delay would prolong the overall process?
Is it necessary that the job title should match at the end of I-485 or at the time of receiving GC via AoS?
Thanks.
