I-485 and I-94 expiration

Guys, My Adjustment of status is pending so last year I entered US after visitng home country on Advance parole, the immigration officer at the port of entry issued me I-94 which was valid for 1 year which would expire end of this month. Will I be out of status if by then my I-485 is not approved ? Do I need to do anything special or I am in staus since my I-485 is pending ?

When ur I485 is pending, u wouldn't go out of status.
U would need AP to renter, in case u visit outside.
U would need h1B r EAD to work.
