I 485 and I 693 for Parent questions

I (USC) am filing AOS for my parent and have few questions, hope someone can clear that for me:
I will be filing I485, 130, 864, 765 concurrently , as 765 would not cost extra if filed along with 485 please correct me if i am wrong. my parent is in visitor visa and has been in and out of the States multiple times without any overstay. This time I am planning on applying for her GC, her last entry has been 90 days already. I have read in some forums that when doing a medical exam I 693, you have to wait 90days , I know i will be filing for AOS after 90days but in my case medical exam was done in around 80th day. I am not sure if this would cause any issues.
Could anyone please share your thoughts? Also, could any point me to the link for the latest timeline for parents GC..i couldnt find it.

Wait 90 days for what??

when filing concurrently you submit I 693 with your package . Fill up all your papaerwork get the medical exam done and your doctor will ask you back in a few days to check TB test .in between you have to get the bloodwork done and usually the doctor will reccomend someone they deal with directly.This way you get results back almost same time as TB test exam.So you are looking at about a week to do this unless your exams have complications .Like positive for TB and so forth at which point your doctor will tell you what to do next.

But all in all if no medical issues you can get the I 693 done in a week .Doctoe will give you your i 693 sealed and make sure you DO NOT OPEN IT .You submit it sealed along with 130 485 693 864
