My father applied for my mom\'s (his spouse) adjustment of status in 6/99. She is in the US. The lawyer submitted the I-485 and I-130. I was checking the processing times and there is "I-130 US Citizen -Visa Number available" and the "I-130 Other" category. The wait is significantly longer for the first category. Can someone tell me which one my mom belongs to??? We are from Egypt (if that makes a difference).
