I have submitted the I-130 on 5-3-07 and the I -485 on 5-4-07. While the check for I -485 went thru the system in 2 weeks and we got confirmation letters, the I-130 still wasn't processed. I have pruff that they received the applications on 5-4-07...Does it usually takes so long to process it?
...or should I send it one more time with new check?
I have applied the petition for my wife (now) . Her fiance visa will expire on 7-9-07. I do not want to get in to the trouble later because they messed up paperwork...
