Hi,
Have a couple of questions?
1. Is it Ok to do a H1 Transfer to Employer "B" while the I-485 has been submitted < 180 days with Employer "A".
2. If it's a "Yes" to Q1, then if the EAD is received within 90 days of submitting the I-485/I-765, what happens if I start working with Employer "B". Is the EAD still valid for my wife even though i could start working with Employer "B" on Transfered H1?
