I 485 and H1 Question

I have filed a i 485 / i130 petition last week based on my marriage to USC.
I am on H 1 b status at present . I got a good offer from other company, So can I change my employer and change jobs right now?

Please advice.

You can change your jobs if the other company is willing to file for a H1 for you. You did not mention whether you filed for an EAD or not. If not, then you should ASAP. It typically get's approved in 3 months or less and will allow you to work like a permanent resident, till your 485 is approved. Go to the USCIS how to sections and search for Employment Authorization Document (i-765 I believe)

I have filed the complete package with i 765 / i 131 and i 130 with i 485.
And i also have another H1 b from consulting company. So, that means I can work for the other company also.
 
Sure. If the company you are accepting employment before your EAD approval, can sponsor a H1 for you, you can accept employment with them. Then when your EAD gets approved, you can choose to maintain and work on your H1 till your 485 is approved or use your EAD to continue working with anyone you choose by cancelling your H1. It's your wish.
