My friend was arrested for domestic violence, but the case was dismissed and no charges were filed. Will this impact his GC?
He has also applied for expunging the arrest record. According to his criminal lawyer, once the record is expunged it won't show up on his file. The only time it will show up is if he applies for a job with law enforcement.
