I-485 and Fine

Hello..

I need a clarification regarding a question in I-485 filing: I have recently been fined for violating lawn watering restrictions at the county level and I have paid the fine. Do i need to answer 'Yes' to the following question?

"Have you ever, in or outside the U.S. been arrested, cited, charged, indicted, fined, or imprisoned for breaking or violating any law or ordinance, excluding traffic violations? "

If I say 'Yes', what else do i need to do? What can i expect in the future from my 485 processing?
Or
Is this even included in the list of things covered in the question?

Honestly confused..

Thanks for your help in advance.

Well, it an ordinance violation and it's not traffic-related, so check "yes". In small clear letters write something like "FINED FOR VIOLATING LAWN-WATERING RESTRICTIONS-SEE ATTACHED" beneath the question and then attach a concise explanation (perhaps with a copy of the violation) to the application. It's better to be safe than to be accused of fraud by not answering honestly. It is very unlikely that this will affect your application.

Thanks JK for your response.
Anyone else has any comments or any experiences to share in this regard, please do. Appreciate the help..
