Hi:
I filed my I-140 and I485 concurrently unber EB1 at VSC on 06/05. I-140 was approved 02/06 and PD (06/05) will become current in May 06. My questions are
(i) When would the UCIS initiate a name check, will they wait for the PD to be current?
(ii) When do we typically expect a biometrics request, will it be closer to the approval of the I-485 and is it related to the name check in any way?
(iii) Typically how long does the name check take (I have heard horror stories) and can we track it if it has started and how it is progressing?
(iv) Anybody in similar situations or have passed through it venture a guess on how long would it typically take from now on to the I-485 approval?
I understand this is a long post, but any inputs on one or all Q's will be highly appreciated!!!!!
