I-485 and Advance Parole

My I-485 is pending and I need to travel to India for a period of 1 month.
I will be using the Advance Parole to enter into USA.

What happens if my I-485 is Denied , when I am out of USA ??

Will I be allowed to enter USA at the port of Entry using ADVANCE PAROLE ?

Any suggestion/input is greatly appreciated.

I don't think you can enter with AP, since AP is associated with 485. Once 485 is denied, AP is automatically invalid. Other please correct me if this is not true.

In my opinion, you will be allowed to enter USA but immediately be placed in removal proceedings.
During that time, you will have a chance to use a lawyer and apply for waivers or anything else.

But better confirm from an attorney.
