I am into 6 months after filing for my AOS. Now I working as independent contractor since 6 weeks using 1099. I also started a "Fictitious Business Name" company aka "Doing Business with self and spouse as partners.
Can I use the invoice from this FBN, as a proof of pay stub for a RFE.
Is W2 the only document, that INS likes.
Could somebody please help me by answering this ? or point me to a query at least.
