My friend\'s I-485 is being processed and he is currently working on H1B visa.
Before changing status to H1B he had political assylum case pending which was referred to a judge, but he never showed up at the court, since his h1B got approved.
After 4 years, his lawyer wanted to close that assylum case, and when he tried to do that he was denied, and after 2 weeks, my friend received a deprtation letter. His lawyer saying don\'t worry.. but he is very much worried. What else can he do to rectify this situation??
