Hi everyone,
I got my I-140 approved through NIW EB2. Then I filed I-485 in April 2002. My I-485 should be completed in several months in Texas center.
However, my son is now in China. I do not want to do the general follow-to-join for him to get green card and then come here becasue this will take around 2 years after my I-485 is approved. I would like to have my son (7 years old) to apply for B2 visa and come to the States now. Then immediately file I-485 for my son, which should be done before my I-485 is completed. In this way, my son can stay with me here until his I-485 is approved. Do you all think this is practical? Please help with your opinion! Thank you very much!!!
