I sent my I -140 on 15th Sept 05. @VSC under EB2 NIW. Now I am thinking of sending my I-485 so that I can get EAD and AP. YES, I fall under one of the countries that has been hit by retrogression of VISA Numbers.
My Question????
Wether VSC will accept my application and process the EAD and AP and send me a recipt without a PD (as its not available for EB2)
OR
Will VSC just reject and send the package back.
