My I-485 has been accepted and I received a Receipt Date also. But recently USCIS temporarily suspended the processing since they need either original DOB certificate or a letter from a Gov Official stating that no DOB info is available.
I am currently on H1B Visa in my second year and going for my H1B VISA stamping to Canada (Ottawa), so my main question is that do I need a Advance Parole to re-enter US even though I have a Current and Valid H1B Visa (I-797A) and I-94 ?
Further will I have any problem to get my VISA stamping at Ottawa due to my I-485 being in process ?
I would really appreciate any quick replies since I have an appointment for April 17th at Ottawa.
