I-484 receipt not received for spouse

I have received my receipts + EAD approval, but my spouse's receipt is still to come in.
It's been 2.5 months since we filed, & 2week+ since my got my receipt.
Is this normal? considering our applications were sent in the same packet.

Highly appreciate your time & opinion.
 
spouse received I-485 receipt, I did not

Any progress folks?
I spoke to USCIS, they were really nice, and told me that is a very possible scenario, so not to worry, but they cannot dig the details for me before 90 days.
This is how the process was defined, they empty out all applications for all envelopes, stack them up and they allocate to different people. Bottom line - one envelope is not treated as one.
Wished my stupid lawyer gave a similar convincing answer.
