My I-140 is approved on 9/1/12004 on after RFE.
RFE was issued on 7/19/2004. RFE was on education evaluation.
RFE Received 8/9/2004.
I-140 approved 9/1/12004.

I have created profile on USCIS.ORG website for myself. But I did not received any email notification. Employer received notice in the mail directly.

Did u see any lud changes on your 140 profile after RFE response was rcvd.

can you post the details regarding Education Evaluation Rfe.

My case is According to Employer, My 140 is cleared 2 months back but i didn't got any email or any updates in LUD.
My employer is not giving the copy of Approval 140 so iam still waiting for the updates.
Don't know what to do
Mine is EB3, 3 year degree.
 
My response to RFE was received on 8/9/2004. After that LUD changed twice (8/11/2004 & 8/12/2004). No change in message. And then my employer got approval copy in the mail. After approval no message change or LUD change on case.
 
I have finished BE(Comp) in India. But INS was not sure if I have finished high school level education before taking admission to degree course. This was the major question in RFE.
 
Thanks. That gives me some relief. Though my RFE is complicated I was worried as most cases (at least of which I was aware) were in trouble if LUD's changed with no message change or approval.

Some hope.

My attorney did education evaluation for me. He submitted education
evaluation along with RFE notice.
