I-40 approved - But no Finger Print 1 or 2

Hi ,

My I -140 is approved on May 13 th 2004
ND May 2003 (Concurrent filing)

Till date i havent recieved finger print notice 1 or 2
Can anybody suggest on this issue.

There is no fixed timing when you would or you should receive the FP notice. So the only thing you can do is wait... You can try calling customer service but I don't think that's going to be of any help.
 
Once upon a time FP was done at the last stages of GC/485. Sometime after 9/11 it changed and as soon as you applied 485 they started to do FP. This results in things like FP2 etc etc. Maybe the system is reverting back to late FP. Lot of people are reporting no FP1.
