Are you sure you want to use an I-361 for your wife? It looks to me like that would only apply for an Amerasian child.
May I suggest you investigate the more common I-864 and its variants, the I-864EZ and the I-864A.
Even if you, as sponsor, have no income, you still have to file an Affidavit of Support, but then you also need to get your co-sponsor to sign one too.
