I-30, Petition for alien relative

Hi

My father who is perminent resident (Green Card Holder) now, he got this residency in 2009 through his brother who is USA citizen. Now he applied for me through I-30 form (Petition for alient relative) also paid the fees $360 in April, 2009.
I'm 23 years old, single. Can any one tell me how long it takes in all process?
What other things will be required to get residency?

Read the USCIS website section on family based immigration. Look for the visa bulletin; you will need to follow the dates published on it. It is updated monthly.
 
Like 6-7 years (considering your dad will become USC in 5 years and that will upgrade your petition from 2nd category to the 1st one). BTW, you can NOT get married till you get GC or at least your dad becomes USC, because in this case petition will be voided.
