I received my Green Card last July along with my two children under my name in I-245. However, my husband has not gotten his Green Card. He previously filed for a Green Card under Asylum category and lied that he was Canadian. Now our lawyer filed a case where he could possibly receive his Green Card under the motion of family unity.
