I has been in the USA Consulate in Naples (Italy) on October 10th 2012, in order to get a Visa. The Visa has been denied to me.
Visa Symbol DV1
2013 EU790 01.
Other: 9B2 10 year ban starting Feb 27, 2007. Not eligible for visa until Feb 27, 2017.
When I tried to enter USA on January 4th 2008, I have been stopped with notification 212(a)(7)(A)(i)(I) on my passport (file A 093 490 822).
When I was in Naples on October 10 th 2012, I asked if I can present a waiver to get permission to reapply for admission. The employ told me to check on the Internet.
My question to You is as follows: should I present in my case the Form I212 or the Form I601, or any other?
