I am currently a student on an F-1 visa about to get married to a US Citizen at the end of July and am currently preparing GC application.
As we are both students and have little money we need to fill out I-1864A Sponsor/Household member contract. My fiancee's father will be able to provide us the assistance we need, however...I am not totally sure how he can be considered a household member as we will both be at university and not be at the same principal residence?
I know other people who got round this, but I am not sure how?
