I-1485 filing after I-140 approval

My company told me that they applied my I-485,EAD,AP in Nov after I-140 approval. Yesterday I received two applications for AP from my lawyer and he told me that these are new version of AP applications normally change every year. He also told me that my I-485,EAD,AP applied in Nov only. It does not make any sense to me. Do you think they applied in nov only and now they are submitting new AP application again. I would appreciate If u could reply to me
 
They are trying to hide something. Most probably they never applied for any of the mentioned application or somehow USCIS rejected the application because of their mistake.

To test them, ask them to give you receipts issued by USCIS for 485/AP/EAD filed in November.
