I am in the process of filing I-485, I-765(EAD), I-131 for my husband on the basis of 'spouse of US Citizen'. My husband is currently on H1B visa
Instructions for I-765 state that we need to enclose a copy of the original EAD. My husband has been working on H1B. Before that, he was a student on F1 visa and got an OPT (EAD) after he finished his school. So do we need to attach a copy of that EAD. I am not sure since he got that EAD after he finished school on the basis of F1 and not because of any past 'adjustment of status' application?
