I 140 RFE approval Time..Please help

Need some re assurance here. I got querry for I 140 which was replied by (ins received response) April 29
Its been a month and no news. how long does it take to get approval. is it unusual for it to be a month for INS to process rfe
Querry was on academic evaluation and company ability to pay
