Hi ,

Did anybody knows how long it will take to review my RFE on my I-140. I filed my i-140 in November 2005 I got a RFE notice requesting documents such as : QTR reports of wages paid last tree years, W2, W3, financial reports for last tree years and experience letters. I colect all the documents and send it to the lawyer she file them and my question is how long I have to wait 2 weeks, 2 months or 10 years ))))))) you know, any observation on situation like that?!
My PD is October 2003, I'm EB3 /I saw the july buletin the numbers advanced 'till Oct 2001 - 3 months Something good I think?/ and I can't file the I-485 'cos of the visa availability.....as you know it sucks.

Here is the email I got from the Texas Cervice Center on my RFE I-140 response that this "nice people" sent me. So know, how long shit I have to eat again to get a responce?Any answer is appreciated even discouraging ones )))))))))

I have the same post message from them and only God knows how long would that be (btw mine was July 5th so your is earlier than mine).
 
If your papers are in order then you should get approved in a month's time.

I too had received an RFE for 'Ability to Pay'. In fact, the documents that were asked in my case were huge !! Here is the list of documents that TSC had asked:-

1. 2002, 2003, 2004 & 2005 Federal Tax Returns.
2. Copies of ALL Employees W-2's for the years 2002, 2003, 2004 & 2005.
3. Copy of Form 941-Quarterly Tax report For Each Quarter of 2005 & 2006.
4. Copy of my W-2 for the Year 2005.

I believe, I received this RFE because my company has less than 100 employees.

Obviously, my company took a while to collect all the above documents. But after the document evidence was sent to TSC, it took just 5 days for my
I-140 to get approved !!

Today I check my email and guess - my case petition I140 RFE was APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE after 10 months in total. Now I have to wait for the 485 to file and almost is the end.
