Gurus, I have a few questions re: changing jobs after 140 approval:

1) is it true that one should wait for 6 months after 140 approval before changing jobs, so that employer can't revoke petition after that?

2) am I correct in assuming that AC21 can't be used after 485 approval?

1 st one is not true.

you can change jobs after I-485 pending for 6 months. ( To be safe people wait for I-140 approval )
